TERMS AND CONDITIONS
You may register and pay for registration at a later date, as long as you pay before the end of the registration tier deadline. If you pay after the tier deadline, you will need to pay the next tier’s rate. YOU ARE NOT REGISTERED UNTIL PAYMENT IS PROCESSED. All registration badges with a URL code for admission to events and ribbon credentials will be distributed at on-site registration.
CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY
Early Bird registrations are nonrefundable. Cancellations for all other registration tiers will be accepted in writing to email@example.com until Friday, July 17, 2020, and are subject to a $95 processing fee. After July 17, registrations are nonrefundable, however, a person from the same organization may be substituted for a registered individual. Registrations may be deferred for the 2020 UnidosUS Annual Conference (excludes Early Bird and Local Promotional registrations and any special promotional registration) for no additional fees if request is received in writing to firstname.lastname@example.org by Friday, July 10, 2020 and the UnidosUS letter granting the deferral is signed by Friday, July 17, 2020, at 5:00 p.m. PDT. Deferrals after this date or on-site will not be allowed. All refunds will be issued by Friday, September 25, 2020.
Transferring a registration to another is permitted prior to July 17, 2020. The substituting party is responsible for all final financial obligations (any balance due) associated with that substitution as well as updating all contact information. Substitutions can be made online by accessing the individual’s account with their email and confirmation number.
UnidosUS and its staff, Board, and sponsors claim no liability for the acts of any suppliers relative to this Conference or for the safety of any attendee during and/or while in transit to or from this event. The planners and sponsors reserve the right to cancel this function without liability. UnidosUS reserves the right of admittance and the right to exclude from Conference or refuse service to any attendee at the sole discretion of UnidosUS. Furthermore, UnidosUS is under no obligation to provide an explanation for its actions but may do so at its own discretion.
PHOTOGRAPHY AND VIDEOGRAPHY
As an UnidosUS Annual Conference attendee, the registrant hereby grants to UnidosUS the right and permission to use, publish, and republish photographs, video, audio, or images in which the registrant may be included, in whole, part, or composite in any printed or electronic matter or media for any legal purpose, and to use the registrant’s name in conjunction if UnidosUS so chooses. This authorization and release shall also be binding upon the registrant’s heirs, next of kin, and personal representatives. The registrant has read this release and fully understands its contents. The registrant hereby releases and discharges UnidosUS from all claims and liabilities arising out of or about the use of photographs, images, or information.
UnidosUS may use demographic information from registrants for marketing related to UnidosUS programs, activities, and events. UnidosUS may also share the registrant contact information with approved UnidosUS partners. Payment information is not shared and is kept strictly confidential. If a registrant does not wish to have their information shared with UnidosUS approved partners, the registrant must send an email request to email@example.com stating that the registrant prefers not to have their information shared with UnidosUS’s partners.
General session meal events require a Conference registration badge with a URL code and appropriate ribbon credential for admission. The general session meal events food service is only available the first hour of the program. No saving seats. Events with alcoholic beverages are for attendees 21 and older (unless otherwise indicated) and a government-issued photo identification will be required upon request.
